NOT A STREETWEAR BRAND

When so many outdoor brands have traded their roots for recognition in the streets, Mammut had a chance to claim the space left in the mountains. We launched Not a streetwear brand as a protest, a reminder that true mountain gear isn’t born in fashion studios. It’s designed, tested, and trusted in the harshest alpine environments. No compromise. No trend-hopping.

The campaign brought Mammut back into the city, not to blend in, but to stand out. We placed athletes in technical gear against urban backdrops high in the sky, drawing eyes up from the streets. The message travelled fast: a Digivan looping London, logos jet-washed onto pavements, posters pasted across trend-heavy postcodes. All leading to a pop-up basecamp in Granary Square, projecting Mammut’s mountain heritage into the city skyline.

What began as a ‘what if’ turned into something real. After six months of pushing, we built it in a week. Sometimes it only takes one strong belief, and the will to see it through.
